Job summary

Easy Mile Fitness in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily club operations and deliver the brand's Judgement Free Zone experience. You will lead a team, ensure top-notch member service, and drive financial success through proactive management of staff, scheduling, and operations.

The role requires prior supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume settings, preferably with Planet Fitness exposure; a high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail environment.
• Planet Fitness experience is preferred.
• Flexible, rotating schedule and ability to travel to other clubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and member services to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff including Assistant General Managers, Front Desk Associates, and Fitness Trainers.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere and coach staff to PF values; schedule shifts and ensure coverage.
• Lead by example, enforce accountability, and manage cash deposits and club safety.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and CMMS logs; coordinate repairs as needed.
