This senior-level role drives catering bookings, revenue growth, and strategic sales initiatives while managing a team and collaborating with operations to ensure premier guest service. Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, you will expand catering opportunities, optimize space potential, and build lasting client relationships within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of catering sales experience required, with at least 1 year managing direct reports
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within and outside the organization
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Sales/Revenue Maximization: achieve catering revenue goals through sales calls and up-selling to maximize revenue
• Cost Control: manage catering expenses and assist with department budget
• People Management: interview, hire, coach, and develop catering sales staff
• Guest Service: ensure client satisfaction and timely response to needs
• Technical Acumen: use Delphi and sales tools to forecast and report data
• Training: conduct ongoing training and maintain training records
• Safety/Risk Management: maintain standards and safe work environment
• Self/Workload Management: plan effectively and communicate across teams
