GBH in the United States seeks a senior researcher/producer for a remote, three-month assignment focused on verifying authenticity of user-generated content and screening for AI-manipulated video.

You will oversee research teams, liaise with production and editorial leadership, and apply fair use and IP knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant documentary work.

A Masters in journalism or a related field is required, with 5–10 years of archival research or production experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of archival research or producer experience in documentary journalism.
• Master's degree in journalism, library science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fair use, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
• Remote temporary role for 3 months.
• Salary range $50.00 - $50.00 per hour.
• Liaise with production teams and senior editorial leadership.
