Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect in Wisconsin or NCARB preferred but not required.
15+ years of relevant architecture experience.
7+ years of project management experience.
5+ years of public project delivery experience.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Education, Municipal, Commercial, Transit/Transportation and Industrial markets.

Responsibilities

Maintain client relationships and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
Grow architectural market presence through industry events, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
Provide project team leadership and timely communication for complete construction drawings and specifications.
Coordinate across disciplines to meet project goals and budgets.
Contribute to design, production of drawings and specifications, and construction administration.
Lead integration of sustainable design strategies into solutions.
