Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture and licensure or pursuing licensure.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and accessibility codes.
• Experience with architectural document production across all phases.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and concepts based on client input.
• Coordinate building systems to meet design intent.
• Prepare documentation across site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Manage project budgets and schedules while coordinating with contractors.
• Lead project meetings and collaborate with teams and external consultants.
