Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Architecture in California to lead projects from conceptual design through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, manage budgets, and report progress to the Director of Architecture.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to CALGreen/California Building Code, and leadership in a dynamic design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading commercial projects.
• Experience with California Building Code / CALGreen codes.
• Ability to obtain NCARB reciprocity.
• Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor activity of select project teams and review Contract Documents for scope.
• Coordinate external design consultants, including proposals, contracts, budgets and performance.
• Coordinate with Clark Pacific Architecture and other internal departments.
• Coordinate with AHJ for permitting compliance as required by project.
• Manage and maintain architectural project budgets and report to Architecture Director.
• Present project information in meetings and conference calls to update status and solutions.
