Job summary

Cube 3 in Miami is seeking a Project Lead to deliver design, development, and construction documents with strong leadership. You will drive schematic design through Construction Documents, coordinate with consultants, and mentor junior team members while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a professional architecture or interiors degree, and proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture, interiors and/or construction.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design School.
• Strong experience and demonstrated proficiency in all design phases including a minimum of five completed projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Experience organizing & assembling construction documents; proven technical skills in detailing.
• Superb communication skills with consultants, clients, and contractors; experience coordinating work of consulting engineers.
• Technically skilled; strong experience using Revit, 3‑D modeling software; BIM proficiency.
• Strong organizational, teamwork, collaborative and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop design studies, concepts and sketches for approval with Project Manager or Project Executive.
• Independently prepare Documentation for Schematic Design and Design Development.
• Exercise creative judgment and design skills in preparing client presentation materials, including design sketches, renderings, models and graphics.
• Committed to key firm principles including strong communication, teambuilding, excellence in design, quality control, and sustainability.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate, coordinated and complete Contract Documents including plans, details, sections, elevations and schedules.
