Job summary

Cube 3 LLC is seeking a Project Lead to serve as the key design and coordination contact on projects, guiding schematic design through construction documents. The candidate will lead design development, model building in Revit/SketchUp, and collaborate with consultants while maintaining schedule and budget.

Ideal for a proactive professional with at least 7 years in architecture/interiors, capable of mentoring junior staff and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture, interiors and/or construction.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design School.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop design studies, concepts and sketches for approval with Project Manager or Project Executive.
• Independently prepare Documentation for Schematic Design and Design Development.
• Lead client presentations and coordinate with consultants; mentor junior staff.
