Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks a project leader to transform a design vision into a coordinated, high-quality deliverable within a major federal program. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery, coordinating schedule, budget, and scope while ensuring client satisfaction on large projects.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, client liaison, budget and program management, and QA across administrative and technical tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of successful management of Architecture projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for project success.
• Serve as primary client liaison to bring schedule, budget and scope to completion and client satisfaction.
• Actively manage the client’s budget, schedule and program, as well as HNTB’s budget and schedule.
• Coordinate project communications and documentation.
• Oversee office administrative tasks and project team assignments.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for small to medium projects.
• Coordinate all project efforts to assure efficient and cost-effective execution.
