Heartline Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Architecture, Engineering & Facilities Recruiter for 100% remote, nationwide opportunities. This 1099 independent contractor role requires at least 5 years of professional recruiting experience within architecture, engineering, facilities, and related technical fields.

You will independently source, engage, screen, and place candidates, managing them through interviews and offers while building ongoing pipelines.

Heartline Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Architecture, Engineering & Facilities Recruiter to recruit architecture, engineering, facilities, maintenance leadership, and technical operations professionals for opportunities nationwide.

This opportunity is designed for an established recruiter who understands technical and facilities talent markets and can independently source, engage, screen, qualify, and manage candidates through the recruiting process.

This is not an entry-level recruiting opportunity. We are specifically seeking recruiters with at least 5 years of professional recruiting experience and demonstrated experience recruiting architecture, engineering, facilities, and/or related technical professionals.

What You'll Do

• Recruit qualified architecture, engineering, facilities, and technical operations professionals for available openings
• Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
• Verify applicable technical experience, project background, facilities experience, education, licenses, certifications, and other required qualifications
• Evaluate industry-specific, project-specific, and operational experience when applicable
• Identify compensation, relocation, geographic, scheduling, and availability considerations during candidate discovery
• Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
• Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and consistent follow-up

Independent Contractor & Compensation

1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. It is not a W-2 position.

There is no salary, hourly wage, draw, guaranteed compensation, or employee benefits.

Independent recruiters are responsible for their own equipment, sourcing tools, business expenses, and applicable taxes.

Recruiting commissions are not immediate income. Compensation is earned through successful placements and paid according to the commission and payment terms outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement. Payment is not earned simply by sourcing or submitting a candidate. Placement commissions are subject to the applicable client hiring process, placement requirements, invoicing, client payment, and the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

• Strong candidate discovery, screening, and qualification skills
• Ability to evaluate technical experience, project background, facilities experience, education, licensure, certifications, and position-specific requirements
• Ability to understand specialized technical job requirements and distinguish required qualifications from preferred qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines
• Established sourcing methods and ability to recruit without basic recruiter training
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis
• Must be U.S.-based
