NVR–the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes–is searching for an Senior Architectural Technician – Mechanical Systems to be integral to our Architectural Project Team, which emphasizes teamwork and innovation. These teams are responsible for developing crucial construction documentation for sales, permitting, and homebuilding construction. You’ll play a central role in our dynamic product development process, including collaborative 3D building information modeling (BIM) using AutoCAD. You’ll be involved in projects that span from design drawings and structural analysis to HVAC systems and building code compliance. You will also support homebuilding personnel with permitting and inspection challenges, ensuring seamless project execution.
