You will mentor team members, help shape scope, design documentation, schedules and quality plans, and lead critical deliverables with a focus on delivering exceptional client services. The role emphasizes internal consulting across projects, collaboration with project managers, and ensuring QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in an accredited Architecture curriculum.
• 8+ years’ architecture experience with license required.
• LEED and/or sustainable design experience preferred.
• NCARB certification recommended.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor architects, designers, and technicians on projects.
• Develop scope, design documentation, schedule and quality plans.
• Prepare and manage project deliverables, cost estimates and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team leads and participate in client meetings.
• Oversee QA/QC across all deliverables and conduct technical reviews.
