Qualifications

• Licensed architect with at least 8 years of practice.
• Experience with design development to construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
• LEED and NCARB are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for architectural projects across all phases.
• Lead project design, scope, concepts, and scheduling.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project managers.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents (SpecLink, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Oversee QA/QC and facilitate client meetings.
