Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• 20+ years in architectural design; 15+ years in mission-critical/data center environments.
• Licensed Architect (RA) with knowledge of building codes, ADA, and sustainability frameworks.
• Proven expertise in site planning, envelope design, modular construction, and BIM coordination.
• Proven record of technical innovation solving client challenges.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Jacobs’ U.S. data center portfolio and guide design quality across programs (senior architectural authority).
• Shape upfront planning strategies with hyperscale clients, lead site and building design, and drive innovation in modularization and integrated building systems.
• Represent Jacobs’ design capabilities in client engagements and industry forums; collaborate with BD and delivery teams to win and shape complex programs.
• Mentor architects within the data center practice and contribute to internal/external thought leadership.
• Balance strategic input with hands-on involvement in design reviews, QA, and construction administration across concurrent projects.
