Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience with project leadership.
• Professional registration required.
• Experience with K-12 and/or Higher Education projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design phases from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, construction managers and clients for seamless execution.
• Develop design proposals, feasibility studies and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage a team of architects and draftspersons.
• Oversee preparation of architectural documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster client relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
