Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Typically 15+ years of architecture experience.
• Architectural Registration strongly preferred.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary client relationship owner and guides project progress across phases.
• Oversees the execution of implementation documents through all project phases, including post-occupancy learnings.
• Collaborates on design from programming through construction administration.
• Oversees coordination of project team and stakeholders.
• Facilitates lessons learned and applies HKS best practices for client satisfaction and project success.
• Implements sustainable design strategies and manages project constraints (time, budget, quality).
• Leads client presentations and public hearings as needed.
• Travels to project sites as required.
