Actalent is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Salt Lake City, UT. This in-office role leads complex design projects from concept through construction, mentoring teams and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure design excellence and compliance.

You will guide technical strategies, manage Revit models across all phases, and support QA processes while fostering professional growth within the team. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture required.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience with leadership across multiple project phases.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, including creating and carrying models through all phases.
• Experience leading complex architectural projects, preferably in Commercial/K12 sectors.
• Experience with construction administration and RFIs/submittals.
• Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication; client-facing presenting.

Responsabilités

• Lead design direction, technical strategy, and project documentation for complex projects.
• Create and manage architectural models in Revit for multiple phases.
• Mentor interdisciplinary teams and support project collaboration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams on goals and schedules.
• Oversee project standards, workflows, and QA from concept to construction administration.
• Participate in client meetings and stakeholder engagements to communicate vision.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, planning, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to firmwide design excellence initiatives and best practices.
• Provide leadership and growth opportunities for emerging professionals.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and site visits as needed.
