Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Architect (Architect II) in Salt Lake City to support design and delivery across multiple sectors. You will grow within a mentorship-driven studio, advancing from schematic design through construction documentation while coordinating with teams and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a degree in architecture, and proficient Revit skills. This onsite role offers robust benefits and opportunities for licensure pursuit.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Typically 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Basic understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and coordination practices.

Responsibilities

• Support architectural design, documentation, and coordination across multiple phases of projects.
• Assist in preparing drawings and models for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Apply working knowledge of building systems, building codes, and construction methods to project work.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants on assigned project components to ensure alignment and quality.
• Support the development of client presentation materials, including graphics, renderings, and diagrams.
• Assist with construction administration tasks, including managing RFIs, reviewing submittals, and preparing addenda.
• Maintain organization, consistency, and quality across all project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with leadership staff and contribute positively to a team-oriented studio environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and actively engage in a mentorship-focused culture.
