Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a growing architecture firm in Sarasota, FL. You will lead multiple projects from concept through construction administration, balancing hands-on production with strong client management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, with licensure in progress or completed. This on-site role offers a strong compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong construction documents and detailing knowledge.
• Licensure required or in final stages of testing.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, consultants, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from early design through construction administration, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure delivery to client satisfaction.
• Produce and oversee construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal staff across all project phases.
• Manage project communication, proposals, contracts, and fee estimates.
• Perform construction administration duties including site visits and project meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and support Senior Project Managers on larger projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional requirements.
