Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong construction document and detailing knowledge.
• Licensure required or in final stages of testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from early design through construction administration, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure delivery to client satisfaction.
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal staff across all project phases.
• Manage project communication, proposals, contracts, and fee estimates.
• Perform construction administration duties including site visits and project meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and support Senior Project Managers on larger projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional requirements.
