Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Lead Architect for ATF or DTC projects in Chandler, AZ. The role leads architectural teams through design and construction, interfaces with key stakeholders, and ensures coordination across disciplines to deliver robust Construction Documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
Master’s in Architecture preferred.
Architectural License (AIA) required.
NCARB Certificate preferred.
10+ years of experience.
5+ years on Advanced Technology Facilities (Semiconductor) or Datacenters (DTC).
Experience using Autodesk Building System Software.
Experience with Design-Build a plus.
Experience in global or multi-office project execution desirable.

Responsibilities

Trains and develops Architectural Designers in processes, procedures, and standards.
Coordinates and guides the team to achieve correct technical solutions for design and client problems.
Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination.
Collaborates with design and technical teams on deliverables from studies to Construction Documents.
Maintains accountability for all architectural designs and shares design responsibility.
Mentors interns and junior project team members.
Participates in developing office standards and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
