Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager Architectural - ATF to guide the architectural team across design and construction phases.

The role interfaces with Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management, coordinating daily with internal teams including Project Management, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC, and Discipline Lead. The position emphasizes leadership, project oversight, and collaboration on complex pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Master’s in Architecture is preferred.
• Architectural License (AIA) is required.
• NCARB Certificate is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma, life science facilities or advanced technology facilities / Semiconductor.
• Experience executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software.
• Experience with Design-Build is a plus.
• Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software; Experience with Design-Build is a plus.
• Experience in global teams and/or multi-office project execution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards.
• Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems.
• Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination.
• Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility.
• Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams.
• Participates in the development of office standards and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Manager Architectural - ATF is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design/construction process. The Lead Architect will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.
