Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and controls of tech facilities.
• Prepare heat load, duct sizing, and hydraulics calculations.
• Plan and supervise discipline deliverables and manpower.
• Estimate labor costs and monitor project budget.
• Provide technical input to studies and design work.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and design offices.
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with codes and industry standards.
