Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a senior Architect to lead and mentor architectural design teams on datacenter projects. You will coordinate multi-office efforts, review drawings for quality and constructability, and guide deliverables from study through Construction Documents, including specs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Architecture, a licensure (AIA), and 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in data centers. NCARB is preferred; Design-Build experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Architectural license (AIA) is required.
• NCARB certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years on Datacenters.
• Experience with Autodesk Building Systems Software.
• Design-Build experience a plus.
• Experience in global teams and multi-office projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops architectural designers.
• Coordinates and oversees the design team.
• Reviews drawings for completeness and constructability.
• Supports development of deliverables from studies to Construction Documents.
• Maintains accountability for architectural designs.
• Mentors interns and junior staff.
• Contributes to office standards and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
