Exponent is seeking a Senior Architect or Architectural Engineer to lead and grow civil and structural engineering services across multiple West Coast and Denver locations. The role focuses on diagnosing building envelope failures, performing field surveys, and delivering technical reports while coordinating with clients and teams.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D./M.S. in architectural engineering or architecture with 2–3 years of consulting experience, be legally authorized to work in the US, and

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture and at least 2-3 years of consulting experience related to buildings
• Presently legally authorized to work in the United States. No immigration sponsorship or processing required.
• Professional license in Engineering (PE) and/or Architecture (AIA) in the United States
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical information for specialists and non-specialists
• Clear written communication and technical writing skills are required
• Proven dedication to quality and accuracy
• Versatile, team-oriented, willing to work overtime and travel when required
