Job summary

Charter Homes & Neighborhoods is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our Architecture Team in Lancaster, PA. You will translate concepts and sketches into precise models using Revit or AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with design and structural standards and collaborating across teams to produce final plans for the Homebuilding Team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential or commercial architectural drafting.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Ability to translate concepts into precise layouts.

Responsibilities

Translate concepts, sketches, and designs into models that meet design and structural standards.
Ensure models meet prescribed standards and are finalized for use by Homebuilding Team.
Iterate models with Architecture Team to support final plan production.
Document all necessary information for the drafting process.
