Job summary

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in drafting, architectural technology, interior design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with high-end or luxury residential design environments and familiarity with Central PA building practices.

Role Description The Drafter will support the design team by producing precise technical drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design concepts into detailed plans, elevations, and sections; updating drawings based on design revisions; on-site measuring, coordinating drawing sets for permitting and construction; construction administration support and maintaining organized project files. The Drafter will collaborate closely with designers to ensure accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project specifications, while meeting established timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in York, PA.
