Required :

• Associates degree in Drafting / Design.
• 5+ years’ experience in single family residential architectural design.

Job Description :

• Uses AutoCAD to produce construction documents using designs of others.
• Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.
• Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document.
• Proofreads own work and may proofread work of others.
• Generates architectural plans and artwork.
• Communicates with builder regarding construction questions.
