Bespoke Careers is seeking an Architectural Designer for an award-winning New York architecture and interiors studio. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of architectural experience with strong high-end single-family residential background.

You'll guide projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and the design team, and communicating ideas clearly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of architectural experience
• Strong high-end single-family residential experience
• Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
• Confident working directly with clients
• Experience coordinating consultants and project teams
• Strong understanding of projects from design through construction
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility

Responsibilities

• Work on beautifully detailed private residences, collaborating closely with clients, consultants and the wider design team from early concept and design development through documentation and construction.
• Take ownership of projects and effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.
