Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree in Architecture with 5–8 years of drafting/design experience.
• AXP (Architectural Experience Program) preferred.
• Strong foundation in architectural design principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop project design concepts and criteria.
• Organize project information following procedures.
• Design major structures and prepare working drawings and documents.
• Monitor progress for technical accuracy, scope, schedule, and budget; propose solutions.
• Make recommendations on design alternatives and assist in proposals.
• Supervise architectural design activities for large, complex projects.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Communicate with clients regularly across industries, with emphasis on industrial projects.
