Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensures all construction documents conform to the contractual scope of work and implements changes in scope in a timely manner to maintain the schedule.
Has full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating architectural design assignments involving unique or controversial problems which significantly affect major projects.
May plan, organize, and supervise architectural design activities for a major project - project or lead Architect. (e.g., a complex multi-structure facility requiring considerable interface and collaboration with various engineering disciplines).
Responsible for keeping up to date with new developments in design and construction methods.
