Job summary

Studio Partners Architecture is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager and Construction Administrator to join our Somerville, NJ team with weekly travel to New York City. You will lead multiple projects, coordinate with PMs, and oversee budgets, schedules, and construction documents.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of architectural experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• 3+ years of progressive architectural experience.
• License not required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft platform & programs.
• Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning, and construction techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project management and leadership for multiple projects and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines with Project Managers.
• Review project budget and delivery schedule of the architectural team.
• Guide project staff in executing documents relative to project milestones.
• Manage the project approval process with building management and the Department of Buildings.
• Edit and execute construction drawings and corresponding documents.
• Manage and respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Interface heavily with clients and contractors.
• Make site visits to check on project progress.
