Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an architect (commercial or residential).
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion within budget constraints.

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Location

This role is based in Washington DC but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have legal work authorization in the United States.
