Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, coordinating with clients and collaborating with design teams to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Review and approve contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Provide guidance on building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Mentor junior staff members and provide training as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design teams, contractors, etc.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must have strong leadership skills.
Salary and Employment
  • Salary: $1,400 per month, negotiable based on experience.
  • Location: Washington (open to candidates from Pakistan).
  • Employment type: Full‑time.
