SummitLab in Washington is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee design and construction from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Lead the design process for various projects from initial concept to final completion
• Develop detailed plans, drawings and specifications using appropriate software
