Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics in Washington seeks an Architecture Manager to oversee all design and development, guiding a team of architects and designers.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture and at least five years’ experience, including two in leadership. You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients and contractors, ensure code compliance, review plans, and manage schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards project success.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related software.

The Architecture Manager will oversee all aspects of architectural design and development for our company in Washington. This position requires a high level of creativity, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of architects and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
