Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Senior Architect (RA) in Concord, CA to lead complex architectural projects and oversee technical development from concept through construction.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainability initiatives in line with LEED/WELL standards. Strong communication with clients and on-site involvement are required for project success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7-8 years of experience in architectural design, including complex projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects across various sectors (industrial, commercial) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed architectural solutions for complex projects.
• Provide technical oversight of design documents, drawings, and specs.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
