Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Principle Architect in St. Louis to lead AI-native software engineering initiatives. The role focuses on architecting scalable platforms, guiding MCP-enabled integrations, and shaping enterprise product development with a strong governance mindset.

You will collaborate across teams to design modern architectures, leverage cloud-native patterns, and drive rapid prototyping with AI tooling and agent-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native engineering organizations.
• Exposure to MCP architectures and agent ecosystems.
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., AI Foundry, Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI-native software architecture across platforms.
• Lead and mentor AI engineering teams and governance initiatives.
• Architect enterprise developer platforms and internal engineering products.
