Qualified candidates will have 5–7 years of experience, Revit proficiency, and an active pursuit of licensure. Portfolio submission is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of architectural licensure or registration.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in institutional, healthcare, or educational projects.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and standard design/visualization tools.
• Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead defined portions of design development and execution.
• Produce and coordinate complete drawing sets and construction documents.
• Apply building codes, accessibility requirements, and technical standards in project delivery.
• Participate in construction phase services, including submittal review and site visits.
