Responsibilities

• Mentor two to three junior architects and contribute to firm standards, training, and process improvement.
• Manage your portfolio in Monograph and track business development in Incept CRM.

Our client is a Virginia Beach-based architecture, interior design, and planning firm specializing in multi-family housing, commercial spaces, corporate interiors, and community-focused projects, holding licenses across multiple states.

They are looking for a licensed Senior Architect to lead a portfolio of projects from concept through closeout while driving the client relationships and new business that fuel our growth.
