Job summary

RWE Design Build is seeking a Senior Architect to support a growing portfolio in veterinary, dental, and medical sectors. You will lead conceptual design, space planning, and technical drawings, and collaborate with clients and specialists to refine proposals.

You will manage design development through construction, ensure code compliance, and oversee site analysis and project coordination. A strong portfolio and 10+ years of experience are required, with proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (accredited) required.
• Portfolio showing range of architectural design work.
• 10+ years proven experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Revit) and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements, budget, and site considerations.
• Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate ideas.
• Analyze and plan space layouts for functionality and efficiency.
• Produce detailed technical drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Collaborate with interior designers and other specialists.
• Engage clients to understand vision and gather feedback on proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and permits; oversee construction phase.
• Conduct site visits to assess environmental and contextual factors.
