A leading architecture and design firm in Nashville is seeking a Senior Architect to manage various architectural projects, mentor junior staff, and deliver innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial design, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency in REVIT. Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years experience in large Corporate/Commercial design projects.
Demonstrated experience using REVIT is desired but not required.
Experience in construction contract administration and project delivery methods.
Responsibilities
Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects.
Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents.
Lead and mentor junior architects and project coordinators.
Skills
Strong verbal and writing communication skills
Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
Competency with Sketchup and PhotoShop
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture
