Job summary

AlSaree AutoTechnics is seeking a Senior Architect to join our Washington, DC team. You will oversee the design and construction processes, ensuring adherence to building codes while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project completion.

The ideal candidate has a architecture degree and at least 5 years of experience, with strong code knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process for various projects from conception to completion.
• Review designs and plans to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with building codes.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and other team members to understand project requirements and address issues during construction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
• Lead a team of architects and designers providing guidance and support as needed.
