Job summary

AlSaree AutoTechnics in Atlanta seeks an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. You will lead a diverse team of architects, engineers, and designers, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to translate vision into functional, compliant designs.

You will manage design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Project Manager in a reputable firm.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of architectural projects, including design, construction documents, bidding process, and construction administration.
• Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
• Review project proposals and contracts to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and communicate any issues or changes to the appropriate parties.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, codes, and standards to provide innovative solutions.
