Job summary

Kiewit is seeking Senior level and Lead Architects to lead architectural design across diverse industrial facilities, including data centers, healthcare, nuclear, and manufacturing projects. You will oversee the design process within the Kiewit Architect and Engineering Group, coordinating with engineers and contractors in EPC/Design‑Build environments.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• Licensed Architect with current license for Senior/Lead role.
• NCARB Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a self-starter, run a team/project, mentor junior architects.
• Complete life safety and code analyses coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Manage architectural design balancing aesthetics, function, cost, and budget/schedule.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated building designs.
• Assist in technical bid analyses and value engineering reviews.
• Provide recommendations on budgets and construction costs during VE process.
• Direct and manage architectural team and EPC/Design‑Build workflows.
• Perform architectural design using Revit and Navisworks; support construction administration.
