Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Florida Architectural Licensure required (candidates eligible will be considered).
• 8+ years of architectural experience with production and project leadership.
• Specialized project experience in Healthcare and Education sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of codes, standards, and construction methods.
• Advanced Revit; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational capabilities.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Pensacola, FL, with a valid driver’s license and travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and execution from concept to final construction.
• Deliver complex, code-compliant construction documents with technical accuracy.
• Perform QA/QC reviews across disciplines to uphold standards and reduce risk.
• Manage construction administration including site visits, RFIs, submittals, and permits.
• Serve as SME in advanced building systems and architectural processes.
• Translate client requirements into tailored design solutions for the firm.
• Define scopes of work and coordinate with department heads, contractors, and consultants.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multi-office teams.
• Prepare technical reports and project milestone presentations with leadership.
• Drive process improvements in project delivery workflows.
