Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 5-15 years of experience, preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Expert knowledge of Revit and CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical and professional skills.
• Must be able to perform work-related travel and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be local to GMC office.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expert CAD software understanding to support technical drawings.
• Transform rough preliminary designs into working documents using Revit or CAD.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Lead development of client presentations and visual materials.
• Apply standard methods to routine tasks with professional judgment.
• Conduct code and product research, prepare as-built drawings, support permits.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and respond to RFIs.
• Review shop drawings and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
• Coordinate and delegate work of team members.
