Qualifications

• B.A. Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction techniques; ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop project design concepts and criteria.
• Staffing recommendations for projects.
• Organize and manage project information and records systems.
• Design structures and prepare architectural working drawings and documents.
• Monitor progress for technical accuracy, schedule, and budget.
• Suggest design alternatives and assist in proposals.
• Plan and supervise design activities on large/complex projects.
• Lead and collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
