Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Architect to provide technical guidance on complex design projects. You will manage production of complete construction documents and collaborate across disciplines on multi-discipline projects.

With a strong emphasis on design excellence and client service, you will mentor staff, participate in design concepts, and help drive staffing decisions while maintaining schedule and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• B.A. Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Detail oriented, self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop project design concepts and criteria.
• Make staffing recommendations for projects.
• Organize and manage project information and records systems.
• Design structures and prepare architectural drawings and documents.
• Monitor progress for technical accuracy, schedule, and budget.
• Recommend design alternatives and assist in proposals.
• Plan and supervise architectural design activities for large projects.
• Lead and collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
