Hybrid work model with opportunities across office locations; requires a B.A. in Architecture and at least 8 years of relevant experience, plus RA certification and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• B.A. Architecture degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Detail oriented, self-starter capable of independent work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of construction techniques and ability to read plans and specs.
• Knowledge of conceptual design.

Responsibilities

• Develop project design concepts and criteria.
• Staffing recommendations.
• Organize and manage project information systems.
• Design structures and prepare working drawings and related documents.
• Monitor progress for technical accuracy, schedule and budget.
• Suggest design alternatives and assist in proposals.
• Plan, organize, and supervise architectural design activities for large projects.
